According to Il Corriere di Bologna, Petteri Koponen will leave Virtus Bologna in the summer. The Finnish combo guard is targeted by Olimpia Milano who made a €500.000 offer to him. Kopone wants to talk also with the Dallas Mavericks who owns his rights in the NBA.
As reported by Il Corriere dello Sport-Stadio, Koponen has also a rich offer from Lokomotiv Kuban (€900.000 per year, two-year contract), but the team won't play in Euroleague and it might influence his decision.
UPDATE: As reported now to Sportando by a source, Mens Sana Siena is still the frontrunner to land Petteri Koponen next season. The Finnish combo guard should replace Nikos Zisis who will likely leave the Italian team.
