ASVEL Villeurbanne officially announces the arrival for the NBA lockout of Ronny Turiaf. The big man joins Tony Parker who has already played one game with the French team. And Tony Parker was the key to convince Turiaf to sign in France.
Turiaf spent his NCAA career with Gonzaga while in NBA has been with Golden State Warriors and New York Knicks.
In the season 2010-11, Turiaf, who missed Eurobasket due to an injury, averaged 4.2ppg and 3.2rpg in 64 games.
